
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the church’s lead pastor. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate communication, and assist with the logistical needs of the team. The Executive Assistant must exhibit strong discretion, integrity, and professionalism, supporting the lead pastor in their mission to serve the church and community. This position also requires the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that the church’s strategic goals are met.

The Digital Content Director is a hands-on leader responsible for shaping and executing Epic’s visual and creative expression across photo, video, and graphic design. This role combines creative direction, high-level execution, and volunteer leadership to ensure our content is compelling, on-brand, and delivered on time. Because our creative team is volunteer-driven and primarily capture-focused, this role must be highly skilled in photography, videography, post-production and editing to maintain consistency, quality, and momentum. The Digital Content Director works closely with the Communications Director to bring church-wide vision, campaigns, and storytelling to life with proficiency in graphic design.
